Practising community values

For AustroCel Hallein, acting sustainably also means showing solidarity and encouraging a successful cooperation both in our immediate environment and our society. For this reason, AustroCel regularly invites local residents to evening events so as to keep in touch and maintain good neighbourly relations.

Our cooperation with Hallein technical college also shows how a sense of community and togetherness can be practised. In this way, students can forge contacts in the world of work at an early stage. By sponsoring the Soccer Academy summer camps, we enable the children of our employees to attend the camps at a discounted rate.

AustroCel Hallein has also entered into a partnership with the Hilfswerk Salzburg charity. In this way, employees receive quick and straightforward advice and support on issues such as care or assistance in the event of illness.

We are also partners of the “Naturwiese Salzburg” initiative and help turn unused green spaces into flower meadows to encourage biodiversity and create habitats for insects as well as our own bees.
